The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a lifestyle change program for people with pre-diabetes to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes and improve their overall health. The mission of the DPP is to reduce the number of adults in Harris County diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
